How long until the team arrives after booking?
For cleaning, maintenance, and inspection: within 24-72 hours based on availability in your area. Annual membership: priority scheduling. For installation, FM, and contracting quotes: we contact within 24 hours to schedule the site survey.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes — all prices shown in the booking form are VAT-inclusive. The price you see is the final price you pay, with no hidden fees.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards via a secure payment gateway. You book now with no payment — we confirm the appointment by WhatsApp, then send a secure payment link to confirm your booking before the visit. For quote requests (installation, facility management, general contracting): payment after quote approval.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes — you can reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before the visit. For cancellations over 24 hours ahead: full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment: a short-notice cancellation fee may apply to cover team allocation. WhatsApp or call us to modify.
Is there a service warranty?
All one-time visits include a 14-day workmanship warranty — if you experience any issue related to our work within this period, we return and resolve it at no cost. Annual membership members get longer coverage by tier: Silver 14 days, Gold 21 days, Platinum 30 days, per warranty terms. For installations: manufacturer warranty on the unit + a 14-day workmanship warranty.
